I am Mahendra Kapoor, a proud Ujjain native, born into a middle-class family with deep-rooted values in hospitality and service. After completing my B.Sc. in Mathematics and post-graduation in Physics (Electronics), I served in Bank of India for 37 years—starting as a clerk in 1983 and retiring as an officer in 2020.

After retirement, I turned my focus to something I’ve always enjoyed—hosting and welcoming guests. In December 2023, I started AVANTI HOME STAY in the serene and well-connected Alakhananda Nagar area of Ujjain.

Our homestay is a spacious 2BHK unit, thoughtfully furnished with:

  • 3 King-size beds across two comfortable bedrooms
  • 2 modern washrooms (one attached)
  • Air Conditioning, Hot Water, and Smart TV
  • Free Wi-Fi, CCTV security, and RO water
  • Free Parking, Balcony with a garden view, and a small kitchen
